Menzgold has been trending over it disagreements with the Bank of Ghana (BoG) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding its operations.
However, a short investigation was conducted by Joy News’ Israel Laryea and he disclosed that the Menzgold office in the UK is not actually engaging in the same business as it does in Ghana. Israel also hinted that , the Menzgold office in London occupies just a small space in the Berkely Square House building.
Adding that he met only two ladies at their office and that was the only clue about the company’s existence in the UK.
Nana Appiah Mensah who cannot take all these pressure on his side, had no option than to insult Israel to release some stress. He took to instagram to describe Israel as a stupid journalist.
“Hello Israel Laryea, today I celebrate your stupidity and retarded mindedness. Set up a provision store today in a kiosk and employ just one Ghanaian. That is more than the pursuit of this evil smear campaign agenda. Maybe you need to be reminded, I am a businessman and not a politician. You can’t break me! Business is not a thing for the pope. Think about it. God bless you”
Nana Appiah Mensah has since deleted the post on his IG account for reasons best known to him.
